Job Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with Costco's safety and hygiene policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and quality standards precisely
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery products according to Costco formulas and recipes
- Bake a high volume of bakery items efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist customers with bakery product inquiries and special orders
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
