Job Requirements

- Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to interact with various levels of individuals daily
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications

- Food service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to interact with various levels of individuals daily
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts in adherence to company time and attendance policies
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork
- Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers
- Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations
- Bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies per manual guidelines
- Complete daily production sheets and break out frozen product
- Put up stock
- Assist in proper rotation of product in coolers and freezers
- Assist in maintaining good dates on all products
- Assist in ordering products and supplies needed for daily operations
- Ensure proper packaging with correct weights and ingredients to satisfy local weights and measurement regulations
- Keep workstation and area clean
- Follow the company food safety program
- Expect cross-training in multiple areas with varying responsibilities
