Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- able to stand for several hours and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- willingness to work at least 1 Friday and 1 Saturday closing shift per month
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- good knowledge of cash register operation
- strong communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to multitask efficiently
- basic math and computer skills
- willingness to work independently and in teams
Job Duties
- Read and understand recipes
- measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment
- perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products
- decorate and display finished baked goods
- greet customers, answer questions, and accept orders and payment
- maintain cleanliness and restock workstation and equipment
- record delivery, inventory, and production levels
