Job Description
- Oversee daily bagel production from start to finish
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment including divider/former, kettle, and ovens
- Manage dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, boiling, and baking processes to ensure product quality
- Coordinate and support bakery staff to meet daily production targets
- Maintain product consistency, temperature logs, and bakery cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with prep and front-of-house teams for smooth service transitiona.
- Assist with catering and specialty order production as needed
- Participate in cross-training and development across other areas of the shop
