Job Requirements

over 18 years of age
ability to use and learn a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
physical ability to stand up to 8 hours during shifts
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
capability to bend, kneel and use motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
open availability with flexible schedules
willingness to work overnight and early morning hours

Job Duties

follow brand specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences
prepare a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
complete daily par sheets accurately
maintain quality of baked goods according to Dunkin Donuts guidelines
ensure compliance with company safety and cleanliness standards
uphold strict health department and food safety standards
work flexibly in other operational positions as needed
