Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years or older
must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus
ability to work early morning hours
strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
excellent teamwork and communication skills
ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
customer service experience is advantageous

Job Duties

arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
maintain a clean and safe store environment
work collaboratively with team members to uphold store standards and customer satisfaction
manage time effectively to complete baking and preparation tasks
adhere to food safety and quality guidelines
