Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant baking or food production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Must comply with company, division, and store policies
- Legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Maintain cleanliness of display cases and shelves
- Organize and stock bakery products to ensure freshness and availability
- Interact with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
- Ensure compliance with quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
