Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license always preferred but only required at specific locations and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years or older
- previous baking or food service experience preferred but not required
- ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- arrive early and prepare ingredients and equipment for baking
- bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
