Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license preferred at specific locations and must meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years or older
- previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- ability to work early morning shifts and varied schedules
- capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Job Duties
- arrive early to prepare and bake bagels and pastries
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery and store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold food quality standards
- adapt to varied work hours including early mornings and weekends
- help keep the store organized and support overall store operations
