- Previous baking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes with precision and creativity
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and product information
- Collaborate with team members to maintain bakery efficiency and community environment
