Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable by local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license required at specific locations and must meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a baking or food preparation role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests
- Passion for baking and delivering high-quality food products
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and other bakery items according to company standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available throughout each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment by following proper sanitation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Arrive early to prepare the bakery for the day and ensure all equipment is ready
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including food safety and quality guidelines
