Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bakery or similar food preparation environment
- Availability to work 4:30am to 12pm shifts
- Willingness to work on Sundays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with bread and dough
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Prior baking experience preferred
- Comfortable working early morning shifts
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of kitchen and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Follow established recipes to maintain consistency and quality
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients with precision
- Monitor oven temperatures, mixing machines, and other baking equipment throughout your shift
- Use large piping bags to decorate and finish donuts
- Work with bread and dough
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
