Job Requirements
- Current food handler's card
- Minimum 3 years of commercial baking experience
- Minimum 2 years baking experience with laminated products
- Knowledge of lamination processes, dough proofing, handling and mixing
- Professional and strong attention to detail
- High standards for quality and cleanliness
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand written and verbal communication
- Previous experience working nights and early mornings
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Ability to be led and learn quickly
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Proofing and baking laminate products
- Proofing and baking yeasted and quick doughs
- Piping, shaping, and rolling doughs
- Scaling and mixing doughs, glazes, fillings, and washes
- Preparing mise en place items and garnishes
- Monitoring par inventory levels at work station
- Using proof boxes, ovens, and mixers safely and efficiently
- Communicating clearly with baker and production staff
- Consistent punctuality and attendance
- Maintaining quality standards and quality control
- Following all company policies
