Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours and days including early hours and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred or required depending on location)
- meet driving qualifications per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is beneficial
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong multitasking skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake New York-style bagels using kettle cooking methods
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case with fresh products for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service
- monitor product quality to uphold brand standards
- operate bakery equipment following safety protocols
