Job Requirements
- Prior food service and baking experience required
- open availability for full-time or part-time schedules
- ability to work varied hours and days
- must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- must adhere to corporate and OSHA safety standards
- successful completion of any required background screening
- ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work area

- experience with maintaining sanitation and safety standards

- ability to work under pressure during peak production times

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- assists in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensures proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards and use of proper equipment
- assists with completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages
- informs supervisor when supplies are low
- ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils within work area
- handles food items appropriately with all safety regulations in mind
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner
- consistently keeps up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently
- checks to ensure all food is presented, served and displayed per standards
- follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment according to corporate and OSHA standards
- completes shift work timely and thoroughly according to department standards
- performs other duties as assigned
