Job Requirements

must be over 18 years of age
ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
able to lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and kneeling
use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
open availability with flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

basic reading and math skills
good communication skills and ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
self motivated
able to multitask
able to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision

Job Duties

follow the site specific and brand specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences
make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
follow and complete a daily par sheet
produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
ensure company safety and cleanliness standards
maintain strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness
take direction and adjust to changing par levels
work in other positions inside the operation and be able to switch back and forth between positions as needed
