Job Requirements
- must be over 18 years of age
- ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
- able to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
- use motions that include pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- open availability with flexible schedule
- ability to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
Job Qualifications
- basic reading and math skills
- good communication skills
- ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
- self-motivated with ability to multitask
- ability to learn and use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
Job Duties
- follow site specific and brand specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences
- make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
- work within a specific schedule including overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
- complete a daily par sheet
- produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- maintain strict health department and company food safety standards
- work in other positions inside the operation and be able to switch between positions as needed
