Job Requirements

must be over 18 years of age
ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
able to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
use motions that include pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
open availability with flexible schedule
ability to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision

Job Qualifications

basic reading and math skills
good communication skills
ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
self-motivated with ability to multitask
ability to learn and use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools

Job Duties

follow site specific and brand specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences
make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
work within a specific schedule including overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
complete a daily par sheet
produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
maintain strict health department and company food safety standards
work in other positions inside the operation and be able to switch between positions as needed
