Job Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age
Ability to use and learn to use baking and kitchen equipment
Ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and kneeling
Capability to perform motions including pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Flexible availability to work various shifts
Basic reading and math skills

Self-motivated and able to multitask
Ability to work overnight and early morning shifts
Ability to learn use of baking and kitchen equipment
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive motions

Job Duties

Follow site and brand specific procedures for quality customer experiences
Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
Work independently during overnight and early morning hours
Complete daily par sheets and produce products following Dunkin Donuts guidelines
Maintain health department and company food safety standards
Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
Perform other operational roles as needed
