Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Must have multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capability to bend, stretch, kneel, and stand throughout shifts
- Must adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards
- Must report to work timely for each scheduled shift
- Must comply with uniform and grooming standards
- Must smile at all times
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work independently
- Capability to multitask during various stages of the baking process
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipe standards precisely
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hot equipment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in product quality
Job Duties
- Bake batches according to daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
- Consistently produce high-quality bakery products
- Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- Keep workstations clean at all times
- Keep freezer products in order and sealed after each use
- Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout the shift
- Assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
- Strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
- Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
