Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Must have multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to bend, stretch, kneel, and stand throughout shifts
  • Must adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards
  • Must report to work timely for each scheduled shift
  • Must comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • Must smile at all times

Job Qualifications

  • No education required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Capability to multitask during various stages of the baking process
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipe standards precisely
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hot equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in product quality

Job Duties

  • Bake batches according to daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
  • Consistently produce high-quality bakery products
  • Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
  • Keep workstations clean at all times
  • Keep freezer products in order and sealed after each use
  • Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout the shift
  • Assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
  • Strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
  • Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
