Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to adhere to Costco’s safety and sanitary policies
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and consistency
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bakery or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Ensure bakery items meet quality standards and consistency
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering bakery supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery work area
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Assist in training new bakery staff
