Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a professional baker
Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours
Physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
Strong communication skills
Ability to adhere strictly to company product and safety standards
Commitment to punctuality and reliability

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications
Greet every customer with a smile and helpful attitude
Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise attractively to promote sales
Monitor product levels and re-stock as required
Monitor and maintain proper humidity and temperature in climate-controlled stockrooms and keep area/equipment clean at all times
Rotate goods to reduce shrinkage
Promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives 100% of the time
