Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be able to follow health and safety protocols
  • Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare cake mixes and batters according to recipes
  • Bake cakes and other baked goods consistently and to quality standards
  • Decorate cakes following company guidelines and customer specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations
  • Monitor inventory and inform management of required supplies
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and excellent customer service
