Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and/or walk 100 percent of the time
- Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to follow recipes and company procedures
- Availability to work the scheduled shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Willingness to maintain uniform dress code and proper hygiene
- Ability to arrive for work timely and follow attendance policies
- No history of workplace discrimination or harassment
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as mixing and decorating
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of weights and measures
- Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Capacity to replicate standard decorating designs with an icing bag
- Willingness to abide by company safety and sanitation policies
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Mixing dough and running cookies at the pace of the production line
- Inspect products to meet company standards for quality and appearance
- Package frozen cookies in a timely manner
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies using clean as you go techniques
- Rotate products to maintain and ensure freshness
- Decorate cookies following prescribed brand standards
- Consistently and accurately record information on the product control sheets
- Maintain communication with management on the quality of products, supplies, and equipment condition
- Follow company attendance policy, including punctuality and proper calling off procedures
- Adhere to uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
