- previous experience in a bakery or related field
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- good physical stamina for standing and lifting
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Produce entire line of baked goods following quality standards
- ensure exceptional product by following recipes and maintaining raw materials quality
- bake and decorate products according to Carlos Bakery standards
- keep up with store pace and customer flow
- avoid overproduction during slow weeks
- rotate products using FIFO method
- understand proper use of all bakery equipment
- maintain clean and sanitized production area
- prepare special orders to meet customer specifications
- provide exceptional customer service
- ensure operations comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- greet and assist guests courteously
- guide front-of-house staff on product questions
- take specialty cake orders
- enter specialty cake sales information into Salesforce
- perform other duties as directed by management
