Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and evening or overnight shifts
- experience in baking or food production preferred
- adherence to health and safety regulations
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkage
- adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking special orders, and addressing concerns
- monitor stock levels and service floor needs to ensure proper assortment and production
- maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards are met by designated times
- collaborate closely with bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment
- maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for absences
- perform other duties as assigned
