Job Requirements

Some high school education or equivalent
Ability to read and perform math
Ability to read, speak and understand English
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
Ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays and shifts starting around 2am
Ability to work alone while baking
Physical ability to work in any area of the restaurant
Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
Capability to bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements all day
Ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
Ability to handle exposure to food, cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

Some high school education or equivalent
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
Customer service skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Greet customers and prepare their orders, use Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders and compute bill amounts, collect payment and make change
Prepare food neatly, accurately and in a timely manner
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them cheerfully and helpfully to customers
Check products in prep area and restock items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift
Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas or portion controls
Follow proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards including checking dates, temperatures and logging information
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the employee handbook and franchise standards
Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
