Job Requirements

- 0 - 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including any time availability
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance record
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Adaptability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste by practicing efficient baking and portion control
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on account business necessities and client requirements
