Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
Ability to work early morning, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines
Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts with artistic detail
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
Ensure bakery products meet freshness and safety guidelines
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and respond to inquiries
Collaborate with team members to meet bakery production goals
