Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to operate POS systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Capacity to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist others
Friendly and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers

Job Duties

In this role, you will be the first point of making Donuts and Kolachese, providing exceptional service while managing transactions efficiently
Your ability to engage with customers and assist them with their needs will be vital in creating a positive shopping experience
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing transactions
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all sales
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and ensure stock levels are adequate
Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory as needed
Supervise junior staff members when required, fostering a collaborative team environment
Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
Promote sales through effective communication and product knowledge
