Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked products
  • Prepare breakfast bakery items during weekend shifts to meet production needs
  • Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
  • Ensure all bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served hot when appropriate
  • Maintain adherence to Golden Corral recipes, portioning, and product standards
  • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide
  • Provide friendly and courteous guest service
  • Perform cleaning duties according to the duty roster and meet service and quality standards
  • Comply with all local health department regulations
