Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of bakery items
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery area
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and report shortages
- Assist in training new bakery team members
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
