Job Duties

  • Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
  • assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
  • ensure proper food preparation by adhering to approved recipes and production standards
  • complete production records including waste tracking and inventory reporting
  • maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • handle food items safely following all regulations
  • clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
  • interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally
  • keep up with peak production and service efficiently
  • ensure all food is presented, served, and displayed to standards
  • follow sanitation and safety principles in food handling
  • complete shift work in a timely manner
  • perform other duties as assigned
