Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
- Capable of using and learning to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment
- Open availability and flexible schedules
- Able to perform motions including pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading and math skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with the public in a friendly upbeat and outgoing manner
- Self-motivated and able to work within a specific schedule
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures
- Experience in baking or food preparation is a plus
Job Duties
- Make a wide range of donuts breads pastries and other baked products
- Follow and complete daily par sheets
- Produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards
- Interact with the public in a friendly upbeat and outgoing manner
- Work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
- Switch between various positions inside the operation as needed
