Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to bend, kneel, push, pull and stretch as required
- Availability to work flexible schedules based on business needs
- Must maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Must follow company and health department food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or kitchen experience is an asset
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Flexible availability including early morning and overnight hours
- Ability to learn and operate a variety of baking equipment
Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products following Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- Follow and complete daily par sheets to ensure consistent product availability
- Maintain strict health department and food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness
- Operate and learn to use various baking and kitchen equipment and tools
- Work overnight and early morning shifts with minimal supervision
- Interact with customers and team members in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
- Switch between different operational positions as needed within the store
