Job Duties
- prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery area
- monitor ingredient inventory and restock as needed
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- assist in receiving and stocking bakery supplies
- support team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals
