Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- available to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable by law
- possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license as required at certain locations
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts and fast-paced environments
- strong attention to detail and pride in product quality
- team player with good communication skills
- willingness to learn and grow within the bakery industry
Job Duties
- bake and prepare bagels and other bakery items according to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery and store environment
- work early morning shifts, typically starting as early as 4 AM
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experience
- follow health and safety regulations consistently
