Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Completion of a food handler's card or equivalent as required by law
  • Pass a background check
  • Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
  • Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects
  • Ability to communicate clearly and quickly understand directions in a noisy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to clearly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
  • Capacity to lift and carry 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand for up to 6 hours

Job Duties

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
  • Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
  • Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
  • Assist and support your manager and team as needed
  • Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
