Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Completion of a food handler's card or equivalent as required by law
- Pass a background check
- Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects
- Ability to communicate clearly and quickly understand directions in a noisy environment

- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- Assist and support your manager and team as needed
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
