Job Requirements

Completed a pastry arts degree or certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
Valid food handler's certification
Ability to operate various kitchen equipment
Strong time management skills
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

You're proficient in proper baking technique and skills
Quick on your feet in the kitchen and work with a strong sense of purpose
Use a variety of kitchen tools and equipment such as: stand mixers, convection/deck ovens, cutting tools, rolling pins, lames, electric scales
Must have a positive and professional attitude towards everyone, and always willing to help your team
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, adhering to sanitation/health regulations and company policy
Completed a pastry arts degree or certificate
Worked in a professional kitchen for 2+ years
Food handler's certification (required)
