Job Requirements

  • Able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling
  • Responsible and extremely punctual

  • Able to work overnight
  • Able to work well and interact respectfully with others
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment

Job Qualifications

  • No education required
  • Experience in bakery production preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Capacity to work independently and follow brand recipes and standards
  • Willingness to accept coaching and feedback positively
  • Ability to work overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other bakery items
  • Maintain ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors and walls in clean and working order
  • Set up bakery display cases with fresh products
  • Follow food safety standards including date marking and product labeling
  • Operate restaurant equipment in compliance with safety guidelines
  • Fill and frost donuts during morning hours
  • Clean workstations and production areas at the end of shifts including washing equipment and organizing stock areas
