Job Requirements
- Able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling

- Able to work well and interact respectfully with others
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications
- No education required
- Experience in bakery production preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Capacity to work independently and follow brand recipes and standards
- Willingness to accept coaching and feedback positively
- Ability to work overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other bakery items
- Maintain ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors and walls in clean and working order
- Set up bakery display cases with fresh products
- Follow food safety standards including date marking and product labeling
- Operate restaurant equipment in compliance with safety guidelines
- Fill and frost donuts during morning hours
- Clean workstations and production areas at the end of shifts including washing equipment and organizing stock areas
