Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts
- Ability to follow recipes and quality standards consistently
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in baking or food service is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate commercial baking equipment
- Flexibility with work hours including early mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bundt cakes according to company recipes and standards
- Decorate cakes with precision and creativity
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- Operate commercial ovens and other kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with bakery operations as needed
