- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or similar food production role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker or in a bakery environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed production schedules and instructions

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Produce all bakery goods and related products in an efficient manner within company policy
- Follow the production list and prepare key bakery items for the evening shift and the next day
- Focus on delivering great customer service to support store's financial success
- Ensure bakery operations comply with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production and reduce waste
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
