Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in measuring ingredients and following baking procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies to keep the bakery well-stocked
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Participate in training programs to enhance baking skills and career growth
- Assist in decorating cakes and packaging orders for customer pickup or delivery
