Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- basic math skills

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- decorate cakes and fancy desserts with attention to detail
- operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- assist customers by providing excellent service and product knowledge
- collaborate with team members to meet bakery department goals
