- ability to operate baking equipment
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- bake breads, cookies, and pastries
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- engage with customers in a friendly manner
- maintain clean, organized, and stocked display cases and shelves
- assist team members and support community initiatives
