Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- over one year of experience as a baker preferred but not required
- availability to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8-hour shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform repetitive motions required in baking
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work in hot environments due to ovens and warmers
- ability to wear required attire including safety toes and non-slip shoes
- good vision to ensure product quality and safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- over one year of experience as a baker preferred but not required
- knowledge of basic baking processes and techniques
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to operate baking equipment
- precision in measuring ingredients and following recipes

- good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to established recipes and techniques
- weigh and measure ingredients precisely to ensure consistency in product quality
- operate and maintain baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofing chambers
- shape, mold, and decorate dough to create a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- monitor the baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection and meet desired standards
- coordinate with the bakery lead to determine baking priorities and production schedules
- assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- follow strict sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic baking environment
- perform other duties as assigned
