Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- Must be willing and able to start work at 2 am
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in baking or food preparation is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods and food items according to company standards
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready to open each day
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly
- Operate baking and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and report shortages
- Assist in training new team members
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
