- previous bakery or food production experience is an asset

Job Duties
- prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- operate commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery workspace
- adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- monitor product quality throughout production
- assist with inventory control and stock rotation
- cooperate with team members to meet production targets
