Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of bakery or relevant culinary experience
- ability to follow recipes and safety standards
- schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in English language reading writing and speaking
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders ensuring consistent quality by following recipe cards production guidelines portioning and presentation standards
- complete mise en place and set up the station for breakfast lunch and/or dinner service
- begin preparation of food items made ahead of time ensuring you do not prepare beyond estimated needs
- operate maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer broiler stove steamer food processor mixer slicer oven steam table tilt kettle waffle iron and flat-top grill
- date all food containers and rotate stock per policies ensuring all perishables are stored at proper temperatures check pars for shift needs determine necessary preparation freezer pulls and line setup identify any out-of-stock items or potential shortages return unused food items to designated storage areas and ensure all perishables are covered and dated assist in implementing plans to correct food cost issues control food waste loss and usage according to policies
- comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
