Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food handler’s permit or certification preferred
- experience in bakery or food production environment preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts
- capacity to lift moderate weights
- willingness to adhere to food safety standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- previous baking experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
Job Duties
- prepare and bake a high volume of bakery product according to Costco formulas
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery workspace
- ensure bakery products meet quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance
- coordinate with team members and other warehouse staff to support smooth operations
- follow all operational procedures and safety regulations
- manage production schedules effectively
