- bake high volumes of bakery items daily
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work areas
- ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- monitor inventory and notify supervisors of supply needs
- assist customers with bakery product inquiries
